AOG purchased a building on 45 Cannon Street in the City in 2010 and redeveloped it between 2014 and 2017, constructing a new building with 83,300 sq ft of grade A offices and 7,000 sq ft of restaurant/retail space.

AOG redeveloped these two City buildings in 2016-2017 with 20,500 sq ft of grade A offices on 4 floors and 8,500 sq ft of restaurant/retail space.
