Ioana Condacci Reis
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer
Ioana Condacci Reis is Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Corporate Secretary. She joined the group in 1999 as legal advisor.
Prior to joining AOG, Ms Condacci Reis exercised as a barrister in Geneva, Switzerland, where she specialised in corporate law and international arbitration.
Ioana Condacci Reis has a law degree from Geneva University, a master in law from Paris II (Pantheon-Assas) and a diploma in company direction from the Institute of Directors in London. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1996 and to the roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2005. She is also a UK Chartered Director.
